Venues

The conference-sessions will be held both at Copenhagen Business School and Malmö University, not at the same time though. This will give you the opportunity to experience the bridge connecting the two countries and the two universities.

The welcome reception and the paper sessions on the 9th and 11th of July will take place at Kilen (also called the Wedge), Copenhagen Business School, Kilevej 14.

How to get to Kilen?

Metro: The easiest way to get to Kilen is to take the Metro (M1 and M2 direction Vanløse) to Fasanvej, use the stairs closest to the back of the train and you will see the building in front of you when you get out of the Metro station.

Bus: Bus no 15 will take you from the Central Station to Fasanvej. Take the street called Smallegade in the direction the bus came from. Turn left at the first street and walk straight ahead, cross Howitzvej and you will see the Kilen building.

Bus no 14 will take you from Rådhuspladsen and Vesterport station to Fasanvej. Take the street called Smallegade in the direction the bus came from. Turn left at the first street and walk straight ahead, cross Howitzvej and you will see the Kilen building.

Bus no 4A will take you to Nordre Fasanvej. When you see the Metro station you will see the Kilen building behind the Metro entrance.

Bus no 29 will take you from Rådhuspladsen and Vesterport station to Nyelandsvej. Turn left at Nordre Fasanvej, Walk until you see the Metro station and then you will see the Kilen building in behind the Metro entrance.

Walking: It takes about 30 minutes to walk from the central station. Walk along Gammel Kongevej, until you reach Falkoner Allé. Turn right, and walk to the Frederiksberg Centre (a shopping centre). Turn left , walk alongside the centre, along another black CBS building (Solbjerg Plads), follow a concrete walk in a green area and you will see the Wedge building in front of you. 


July 10 – Malmö University, Malmö, Sweden.

The 10th of July the whole conference will be relocated to Malmö (Sweden) for one day. This conference day is hosted by the Department of Urban Studies, Malmö University at the Submarine Hall (building no 10 on the map below), Östravarvsgatan . We will take the train over the Öresundsbridge. Return tickets and train schedule are provided in the conference bag. 

There is about 15 minutes walk form Malmö Central station to the conference venue. Bus no 3 (bus stop on the canal side of the bus platform) will also take you there. Take the bus to ‘Dockan’ and then there is about 5 minutes walk to the venue.
